The following Paediatric Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPGs) were endorsed by the National Paediatric Improvement Collaborative (PIC) Steering Committee in July 2026.These guidelines are intended to support clinicians caring for children and adolescents (0-18 years), particularly junior doctors working at the point of care in hospital settings, including emergency departments.The guidelines are developed nationally across jurisdictions - the Collaborative currently includes Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia, Victoria and Western Australia, with other states/territories participating and progressively joining. Thank you to the many clinicians who contribute their time and expertise to this work.
